1.     Big Cash Savings (Cash and Finance Transactions with Eastwest and other Participating Banks) 

a. All customers who, within the Promo Period, will purchase participating Nissan models as listed in Table 1, through cash payment, bank purchase order, through financing may be entitled to avail of the following offers or discounts depending on the participating model as stated below:

• The actual selling price does not include additional shipping cost.
• Other participating banks may vary per dealer and may depend on customer preference.

b. Savings/Cash discounts specified in Table 1 will be deducted from the actual selling price of the participating Nissan vehicle.

c. Customers paying in cash shall pay for the actual selling price net of the savings/cash discount of the participating Nissan vehicle, through cash or check payment directly to the participating Authorized Nissan Dealer.

d. Customers who secure financing through participating banks must ensure that the bank payment is made directly to the Authorized Nissan Dealer.

e. The Customer must complete full payment for the Purchase Price of the participating Nissan vehicle less the amount of savings/cash discount, within the Promo Period.

f. The promotion cannot be availed in conjunction with the discount of the following programs:

i.    Fleet Customers special discount
ii.    NPI Employee Program
iii.    NPI Business Partner’s Program

2.     Exclusive Offers through Nissan Finance (powered by Eastwest)

Any customer who will purchase any participating variants through Nissan Finance ar eligible to avail the following additional cash savings and financing options listed in Table 2 (subject to bank approval):
