Filipino citizens or foreign nationals physcially residing in the Philippines for at least one (1) year with a Filipino co-maker may apply. To be eligible. you need to be atleast 21 to 70 years old upon loan maturity with a gross monthly income of not less than P40,000 coming from regular employment or a profitable business
